We also include Positive Comments about the home in our reports. We feel it is important to provide our clients with much more than just a list of problems and repair recommendations - we provide so much more information than the average home inspection company and our clients take notice and really appreciate our extra efforts.
After the inspection, we will review the entire report with your clients to ensure that they understand the report recommendations. The detailed Certified Home Inspection Report will list three levels of repair recommendations in the Inspection Summary:
Major Repairs - $1,000 or more
Moderate Repairs - $300 - $1000
Minor Repairs - less than $300 each item.
