Training & Certifications:
In order to maintain the highest level of education, our inspectors are required to attain a minimum of 20 hours of industry specific training annually. Our inspectors have been trained by some of the nation's leading home inspector organizations. We are committed to staying on top of the latest trends, building codes, product recalls, etc. to give you the most up-to-date information available.
We proudly belong to the following professional organizations:
 |
American Society Of Home Inspectors (ASHI): |
The largest and most established home inspector organization in NorthAmerica. ASHI has set the industry standards for Code of Ethics, Inspection Standards of Practice, continuing education requirements and much more. Visit their website at -http://www.ashi.org for more information and a virtual tour of a home inspection.
 |
ASHI Georgia: |
The local chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors. Our professional members are committed to continuing education by attending monthly meetings and educational seminars to better serve and protect our clients. Visit www.ashigeorgia.com for more information.
 |
Georgia Association of Home Inspectors (GAHI): |
GAHI is the only home inspector organization in the country to require code certification as one of the requirements for membership. Because of this, the metro Atlanta area has one of the highest percentage of private home inspectors that are code certified. Code certification is an important credential when inspecting new homes, which is a large part of the Metro Atlanta real estate market. In the home inspection business, a code certified inspector is a better inspector. Visit www.gahi.com for more information.
 |
International Code Council (ICC): |
The ICC is the code certification authority for our area; most code certified inspectors belong to ICC for the latest in building code changes and other building issues. Visit www.iccsafe.org for more information.
