Atlanta property inspections gave me a very competitor quote and stuck to it for final pricing. They were able to get someone out to do the inspection so quickly. Frank and James were very thorough and helpful during the process they encouraged me to look at what they found, the good and bad, so I knew exactly what I am buying.  I couldn't have asked for a better inspection experience!

I would like to recommend Brandon for his excellent job during the inspection. He is very professional, thorough and is an expert in his field. I enjoyed his partnership during inspection, the knowledge he shared of the risks of certain issues was incredible. I am very glad that he inspected the house for us and wishing him more success in future.

WOW! I can't even make this story up. In this very crazy market (June 2021) it seemingly takes 2 week closing (sometimes with *0* days due diligence!) to purchase a home. Anyway, Frank came recommended by another very reputable inspector, and I was fortunate he came!! The home we were looking at for my mother was a 1975 build and within 1 hour of the inspector being there a FIRE from an electrical panel broke out! Frank contained the fire, and was SO calm, had his team address the matter, was in touch with the agent and homeowner. He said in over 20+ years of him inspecting homes nothing like this had ever happened. Anyway the inspection was VERY thorough and Frank handled all matters very professionally. We will be working with Frank and his team on any home inspections in the future. I highly recommend!

I have hired this company doing inspection on the property that I was planning to purchase in Georgia. I’ve live in California when this was done. Frank Cooper and his team did a great job of inspection and giving me with every details. I really appreciate the advice and the report. Thank you

Atlanta Property Inspections, Inc. was referred to us by our realtor for our home inspection. Our inspector was Cary Cooper. He really took the time to answer all of our questions about his findings. We didn't feel rushed or that any question was too silly. He gave us peace of mind with a few of our concerns and was honest, even if we weren't to thrilled with the news. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely use (and refer)  Atlanta Property Inspections, Inc. in the future for any inspection needs.

Jeremy was the best to work with! He was on time,  very thorough in his explanations of his findings, and took time with my clients to make sure he answered all of their questions. He was detailed, and provided follow up when we needed additional questions answered. He went above and beyond! Best, quality, customer service I’ve seen in a long time! I’ll recommend him and Atlanta Property Inspections every time!

The inspector was really thorough and was patient in explaining to me what he was observing. He showed me where the shutoff valve was for the water and gave recommendations on various things. The report that was provided made sense and pictures were taken of some things that were found. The inspector was also very personable which put me at ease about asking questions. Thank you, Alex and Atlanta Property Inspections!

Have used Atlanta Property Inspections several times for my buyers.  Their team is always very thorough and educational for the new home owners.  Much information is shared about past/current codes, potential issues and how to have the issues repaired.  I will continue to use Atlanta Property Inspectors for future inspections, and my clients have been very happy with their services as well!

My client used the company for their home inspection during their due diligence period. Jeremy and his partner were very kind and accommodating with answering questions. The report was very thorough and I like that they also note positive things about the homes in their report as well and not just what's wrong with the house. You can read the good and the bad.

What Happens If You Fail Your Apartment Inspection?

When it's time to move out or renew the lease, many tenants usually go through an apartment inspection. Maintaining the integrity of the building and the welfare of the tenants is the major goal of an apartment inspection. Since the home inspector's report is quite important for owners and tenants, knowing what will happen during and after the inspection is crucial. It's also important to know what to do in case you fail these inspections. So, in this article, we will go over the things that may happen if you don't pass your inspections.

Preventing Future Leases

Some property management companies want the recommendations of a past homeowner or can call the past homeowner to see if the previous tenant left the apartment in good condition. So, if, as a tenant, you have left the apartment in an unacceptable condition, other places may not consider you as a potential tenant.

Possibility of Terminating Lease

If you consistently break the terms of the rental agreement or in extreme circumstances, this occurs. Your landlord has the right to refuse to renew your lease after it expires if an inspection reveals problems and they are not fixed. It can even go to the point where you have to leave the residence before the lease's expiration date, and in this case, you have to look for a new location to reside.

Repairs and Additional Expenses

Most of the time, homeowners or the management will want the security deposit. If things get worse, you might have to pay for replacements or repairs. Obviously, this will add to your financial load.

What Are The Things That Can Get You To Fail During A Home Inspection?

There's a good probability you won't pass an inspection if you've done any harm to the property. This covers both major impairments and normal wear and tear. For example, any holes in the walls, broken fixtures, harm to the flooring, damaged doors or windows, and damaged appliances count as harm to property. Negligence is another reason for a failed home inspection. It is likely that you will not pass your inspection if you are not taking good care of your property. Most of the time ignored leaks or clogged drains are the ones that create the most problems. Finally, any violations to your lease agreement can cause you to fail during an inspection. This covers things like smoking in a non-smoking unit, bringing in more people than is permitted, and pets in unauthorized homes.

Reliable House Inspection

The good news is that you don't have to worry about trying to discover a trustworthy house inspector in your neighborhood. At Atlanta Property Inspection, every one of their trained ASHI home inspectors has the knowledge and experience needed to pinpoint the real issues. For every home inspection, we also issue a warranty. To make an appointment at a time that is convenient for you, simply give our representative team a call. Give us a call right away!
