I called several companies for quotes, and I felt that Atlanta Property Inspections was the most welcoming!  Thereafter, I had a wonderful experience at the inspection. My inspector was thorough, kind, and willing to explain things and answer my questions on site.  He was very knowledgeable and very friendly.  I am glad I did not skip the inspection for this 950 square foot condo, and the review has been very helpful, during my due diligence period in evaluating this potential home.

This was our first experience with Atlanta Property Inspections, Frank Cooper was the lead inspector and he was inspecting a new construction one bedroom plus den in Alpharetta for a buyer client of ours. The inspection report was both detailed and comprehensive. We have tried out a few premium home inspection companies over the past year, looking for a good additional inspection resource, and based on our experience with Frank Cooper, I think we have found it.

Have used Atlanta Property Inspections several times for my buyers.  Their team is always very thorough and educational for the new home owners.  Much information is shared about past/current codes, potential issues and how to have the issues repaired.  I will continue to use Atlanta Property Inspectors for future inspections, and my clients have been very happy with their services as well!

The inspector was really thorough and was patient in explaining to me what he was observing. He showed me where the shutoff valve was for the water and gave recommendations on various things. The report that was provided made sense and pictures were taken of some things that were found. The inspector was also very personable which put me at ease about asking questions. Thank you, Alex and Atlanta Property Inspections!

WOW! I can't even make this story up. In this very crazy market (June 2021) it seemingly takes 2 week closing (sometimes with *0* days due diligence!) to purchase a home. Anyway, Frank came recommended by another very reputable inspector, and I was fortunate he came!! The home we were looking at for my mother was a 1975 build and within 1 hour of the inspector being there a FIRE from an electrical panel broke out! Frank contained the fire, and was SO calm, had his team address the matter, was in touch with the agent and homeowner. He said in over 20+ years of him inspecting homes nothing like this had ever happened. Anyway the inspection was VERY thorough and Frank handled all matters very professionally. We will be working with Frank and his team on any home inspections in the future. I highly recommend!

I would like to recommend Brandon for his excellent job during the inspection. He is very professional, thorough and is an expert in his field. I enjoyed his partnership during inspection, the knowledge he shared of the risks of certain issues was incredible. I am very glad that he inspected the house for us and wishing him more success in future.

Jeremy was the best to work with! He was on time,  very thorough in his explanations of his findings, and took time with my clients to make sure he answered all of their questions. He was detailed, and provided follow up when we needed additional questions answered. He went above and beyond! Best, quality, customer service I’ve seen in a long time! I’ll recommend him and Atlanta Property Inspections every time!

How Much Does a Commercial Inspection Cost?

Owning a commercial property means that you have to provide the best possible conditions for the residents in it. It is especially important if you are looking to make long-term partnerships with people that are interested in your property. A home inspection for these matters can play a crucial role. However, many don’t understand its importance or how much an inspection might cost. Throughout this article, we will go through the importance of an inspection on a commercial building, what is inspected by professional home inspectors, how much an average inspection costs, and how Atlanta Property Inspection can help. So, let’s begin.

The Importance of An Inspection on a Commercial Building

Whether it is a residential, commercial, or specific problem commonly faced in your house, the only reason an inspection is important is to get a better understanding of the condition of your property. Problems like molds, leaks, or termites can cause significant damage to the property if left unattended. So, by using an inspection, you can understand which part of the building is in good condition and which parts are in bad condition. So, in short, it helps you save time and money in the long term. Let’s look at some things that are inspected on a commercial inspection.

What Is Inspected on A Commercial Inspection?

A commercial inspection aims more toward helping systems work more efficiently to make greater profits. Most home inspectors will specifically look at the roof, electrical, pipes, foundation, air conditioning, floors, lighting, bathrooms, and office conditions. In addition, they look to see the land, how much more you can save to increase your profit, and whether you violate any building codes. Call Atlanta Property Inspection to learn more about what a commercial inspection includes.

How Much Does A Commercial Inspection Cost?

The price of a commercial inspection depends on the building's location, size, systems, and age. As we can all agree, we want quality service rather than a cheap one that won’t be much benefit.
