Jeremy was the best to work with! He was on time,  very thorough in his explanations of his findings, and took time with my clients to make sure he answered all of their questions. He was detailed, and provided follow up when we needed additional questions answered. He went above and beyond! Best, quality, customer service I’ve seen in a long time! I’ll recommend him and Atlanta Property Inspections every time!

We are relocating from out of state and we were in need of an inspection with a very tight turn around. We received incredibly thorough reporting and an availability to answer questions quickly. Atlanta Property Inspections came to do a pre-purchasing inspection on a home my husband and  I plan to buy! We had a very short due diligence period, but that was no issue for these guys. They fit us in their schedule on very short notice and were such a pleasure to work with. Cary and Riley came to do the inspection and did a fantastic job walking us through the inspection to let us know what they found, and suggestions on how to fix all of the issues! Shout out to Cary, for answering all of our questions and having such a great personality! We truly appreciate you guys taking the time to help us through such a very stressful time. We HIGHLY recommend this company!

My client used the company for their home inspection during their due diligence period. Jeremy and his partner were very kind and accommodating with answering questions. The report was very thorough and I like that they also note positive things about the homes in their report as well and not just what's wrong with the house. You can read the good and the bad.

Frank Cooper and his team from Atlanta Property Inspections, Inc were excellent! They arrived on time  and thoroughly inspected all areas of the property I was considering renting. They found things that needed to be repaired by the landlord before we signed the lease. Frank reviewed his findings with us. He explained all of his concerns, and he patiently answered all of our questions. Then the next day I received a very detailed report that included several pictures and detailed explanations. If you want a kind, knowledgeable, and thorough inspector, don’t hesitate to call Frank Cooper with Atlanta Property. I would highly recommend him! Truly a 5 star company!

WOW! I can't even make this story up. In this very crazy market (June 2021) it seemingly takes 2 week closing (sometimes with *0* days due diligence!) to purchase a home. Anyway, Frank came recommended by another very reputable inspector, and I was fortunate he came!! The home we were looking at for my mother was a 1975 build and within 1 hour of the inspector being there a FIRE from an electrical panel broke out! Frank contained the fire, and was SO calm, had his team address the matter, was in touch with the agent and homeowner. He said in over 20+ years of him inspecting homes nothing like this had ever happened. Anyway the inspection was VERY thorough and Frank handled all matters very professionally. We will be working with Frank and his team on any home inspections in the future. I highly recommend!

How Much Does a Commercial Inspection Cost?

Owning a commercial property means that you have to provide the best possible conditions for the residents in it. It is especially important if you are looking to make long-term partnerships with people that are interested in your property. A home inspection for these matters can play a crucial role. However, many don’t understand its importance or how much an inspection might cost. Throughout this article, we will go through the importance of an inspection on a commercial building, what is inspected by professional home inspectors, how much an average inspection costs, and how Atlanta Property Inspection can help. So, let’s begin.

The Importance of An Inspection on a Commercial Building

Whether it is a residential, commercial, or specific problem commonly faced in your house, the only reason an inspection is important is to get a better understanding of the condition of your property. Problems like molds, leaks, or termites can cause significant damage to the property if left unattended. So, by using an inspection, you can understand which part of the building is in good condition and which parts are in bad condition. So, in short, it helps you save time and money in the long term. Let’s look at some things that are inspected on a commercial inspection.

What Is Inspected on A Commercial Inspection?

A commercial inspection aims more toward helping systems work more efficiently to make greater profits. Most home inspectors will specifically look at the roof, electrical, pipes, foundation, air conditioning, floors, lighting, bathrooms, and office conditions. In addition, they look to see the land, how much more you can save to increase your profit, and whether you violate any building codes. Call Atlanta Property Inspection to learn more about what a commercial inspection includes.

How Much Does A Commercial Inspection Cost?

The price of a commercial inspection depends on the building's location, size, systems, and age. As we can all agree, we want quality service rather than a cheap one that won’t be much benefit. So, the first thing to do is to find a trustworthy and quality inspection service near you. Once you get a list of a few inspection services, you can individually call them and ask them to give an estimate for your property. However, you can save time by calling Atlanta Property Inspection today to learn more.
